RED
Blood that was shed for us on Calvary. Cleansed by the precious blood of the Lamb.
It is through the blood that we are entitled to be called children of the Most High
God. Baptised into the body of Christ - 1 Corinthians 12:13
The red heifer (Numbers 19:1-10) and scarlet wool (Hebrews 9:19) symbolize the Old Testament means of purification through blood; the New Testament powerfully expresses the fullness of Christ's atoning work through a contradictory color image: believers' robes are washed pure white through the blood of the Lamb (Revelation 7:9, Revelation 7:13-14; 19:13-14).
Its use in Scripture lends itself to symbolically meaning royalty, majesty and high officials - Esther 8:15
Judges 8:26 The weight of the gold rings he asked for came to seventeen hundred shekels, not counting the ornaments, the pendants and the purple garments worn by the kings of Midian or the chains that were on their camels' necks. (NIV)
Esther 8:15 Mordecai left the king's presence wearing royal garments of blue and white, a large crown of gold and a purple robe of fine linen. And the city of Susa held a joyous celebration. (NN)
Represents the sons and daughters of the King of Kings. Making us Princes and Princesses.
Sign of Royalty

GREEN
Indication of life. It indicates growth which we at Family church desire for everyone.
John 15 Speaks of us being the branches of the vine. It needs to be green to indicate life if not then it will indicate death through stagnation or decay.
At Family church we want to see all grow into that deep relationship with Christ and baptised into the body of Christ.
Jeremiah 17:7-8 Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD. For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit."

ORANGE
This is a Citrus colour of a fruit.
It resembles us as children of God who needs to portray the fruits of the Spirit.
Galatians 5:22-23 ''But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law".
